If you are an incoming 6th grader or 12th grader who received a vaccine letter in the mail over the summer, please bring your vaccine consent form and insurance card to the nurse's table at Throop's Registration starting tonight. Vaccine consent forms are due by the end of the week (July 22). If you are unable to attend Throop's registration tonight or tomorrow, please make sure to drop off your information at the high school or Throop office.
Parents, also don't forget to visit the nurse's table at Throop registration to sign up students for our telehealth program. Representatives from SICHC will be there to help sign students up, answer questions and demonstrate the equipment.
Throop registration is tonight, July 19, and Wednesday, July 20, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
